       AN ACT relating to limited exemptions for small AIM coating  manufactur-
         ers
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any regulation to the contrary,  a  coating
    2  as defined in 6 NYCRR Part 205 manufactured prior to January 1, 2005, or
    3  previously  granted  a  small manufacturer exemption pursuant to section
    4  205.7 of Title 6 NYCRR, may be sold, supplied, or offered for sale until
    5  the retailer's entire stock has been sold out so  long  as  the  coating
    6  complied  with  standards in effect at the time the coating was manufac-
    7  tured.
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
