BARCLAY, KOLB, TENNEY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to allowing Onondaga county to retain twenty percent of the gross proceeds from the sale of all fishing licenses sold within such county THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Section 11-0715 of the environmental conservation law is 2 amended by adding a new subdivision 7 to read as follows: 3 7. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF LAW, THE COUNTY OF ONONDAGA 4 MAY RETAIN TWENTY PERCENT OF THE GROSS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF ALL 5 FISHING LICENSES SOLD TO RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY OF ONONDAGA, TO FUND 6 THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TROUT STOCKING ACTIVITIES. 7 S 2.
