       AN  ACT  in  relation  to  providing  an exemption for the Nanuet County
         school district from certain requirements regarding valuation  of  the
         aggregate  non-homestead  tax  share assessment; and providing for the
         repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Nanuet school
    2  district, located in the county of Rockland, shall not be subject to the
    3  provisions of subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c)  of  subdivision  4  of
    4  section 1903-a of the real property tax law.
    5    S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
    6  deemed repealed June 30, 2023.
