       AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to fish-
         ing license fees in the county of Onondaga
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Subdivision  4  of  section  11-0702 of the environmental
    2  conservation law, as added by chapter 352 of the laws  of  1987  and  as
    3  renumbered  by  chapter  626  of the laws of 1988, is amended to read as
    4  follows:
    5    4. All moneys collected from the sale of lifetime  licenses  shall  be
    6  deposited  in  the state fish and game trust account pursuant to section
    7  eighty-three of the state finance law, EXCEPT  THAT  TWENTY  PERCENT  OF
    8  MONEYS  COLLECTED  FROM  THE  SALE  OF LIFETIME FISHING LICENSES SOLD TO
    9  RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY OF ONONDAGA SHALL BE RETAINED  AND  EXPENDED  TO
   10  OFFSET THE COSTS OF CARPENTER'S BROOK FISH HATCHERY.
   11    S  2.  Subdivision 6 of section 11-0715 of the environmental conserva-
   12  tion law is amended by adding a new paragraph c to read as follows:
   13    C. TWENTY PERCENT OF THE GROSS  PROCEEDS  FROM  SALE  OF  ALL  FISHING
   14  LICENSES,  INCLUDING  ANY  APPLICATION FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH FISHING
   15  LICENSES PAID BY RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY OF ONONDAGA SHALL  BE  RETAINED
   16  AND EXPENDED TO OFFSET THE COSTS OF CARPENTER'S BROOK FISH HATCHERY.
   17    S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
