       AN ACT to amend the state law, in relation to the designation of  yogurt
         as the state snack
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. The state law is amended by adding a new section 89 to read
    2  as follows:
    3    S 89. STATE SNACK. YOGURT SHALL BE THE OFFICIAL SNACK OF THE STATE  OF
    4  NEW YORK.
    5    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
