       Introduced  by  Sens. MURPHY, LATIMER, STEWART-COUSINS -- read twice and
         ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee  on
         Finance
       AN  ACT  to  amend the executive law, in relation to designating the Saw
         Mill river as an inland waterway for purposes of waterfront  revitali-
         zation
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
    2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 265, 272, 298, 310, and  311
    3  of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
    4    (b)  the  state's  major  rivers  comprised of the Allegheny, Ausable,
    5  Battenkill, Black, Boquet, Canisteo, Chaumont (including Chaumont  bay),
    6  Chemung, Cohocton, Delaware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse, Great Chazy, Hoosic,
    7  Hudson  north of the federal dam at Troy, Indian, Little (in the Adiron-
    8  dack park), Little Ausable, Little Salmon  (including  north  and  south
    9  branches),  Mad,  Mettowee,  Mohawk,  Oswegatchie, Racquette, Sacandaga,
   10  Salmon, Saranac, SAW MILL,  Schroon,  Susquehanna,  Tioga,  Tioughnioga,
   11  Wallkill  and  Buffalo  rivers, and the north and middle branches of the
   12  Moose river;
   13    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
