       AN ACT to amend chapter 430 of the laws of 2012 relating  to  a  certain
         agreement  for  a  payment in lieu of taxes, in relation to the effec-
         tiveness thereof
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 430 of the laws of 2012 relating to a
    2  certain agreement for a payment in lieu of taxes, is amended to read  as
    3  follows:
    4    S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall ONLY apply to
    5  taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2008 AND  ENDING  ON  OR
    6  BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2012.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
