KRUGER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Elections AN ACT to amend the election law, in relation to eliminating the party and constituted committee exemption from reporting monies received and expenditures made for housekeeping functions and repealing subdivision 3 of section 14-124 of the election law relating to the establishment of such exemption THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 3 of section 14-124 of the election law is 2 REPEALED and subdivision 2-a is renumbered subdivision 3. 3 S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
