       AN ACT to amend chapter 483 of the laws of 2010, amending  the  environ-
         mental  conservation  law relating to hunting by crossbow, in relation
         to making technical corrections thereto
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Section 1 of chapter 483 of the laws of 2010, amending the
    2  environmental conservation law relating to hunting by crossbow is renum-
    3  bered section 1-a and a new section 1 is added to read as follows:
    4    SECTION 1. THIS ACT SHALL BE KNOWN AND MAY BE CITED AS THE "ROBERT  R.
    5  RIPBERGER CROSSBOW LEGALIZATION ACT".
    6    S  2.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
    7  manner as chapter 483 of the laws of 2010, as amended; takes effect.
        EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
