       Introduced by Sen. MARCHIONE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
       AN  ACT to amend chapter 556 of the laws of 2007 relating to imposing an
         additional real estate transfer tax within the county of Columbia,  in
         relation to extending the provisions of such chapter
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 556 of the laws of  2007  relating  to
    2  imposing  an  additional  real  estate transfer tax within the county of
    3  Columbia, as amended by chapter 474 of the laws of 2011, is  amended  to
    4  read as follows:
    5    S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
    6  deemed repealed on December 31, [2013] 2015.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
