       AN ACT in relation to establishing a workers' compensation board custom-
         er service center in the county of St. Lawrence
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  The workers' compensation board shall establish, maintain
    2  and operate a customer service center in  the  county  of  St.  Lawrence
    3  within one year of the effective date of this act.
    4    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
