Bill Title: Relates to the election of park commissioners of the Mattituck park district; removes language which permits only one woman to serve as park commissioner and permits all residents of the district to serve and to vote on matters concerning the district; residency within the district shall be determined by the voters address as set forth in the Suffolk county board of elections list of eligible voters in effect as of the previous election.
