A BILL
To amend section 4303.02 of the Revised Code to allow 1
an A-1 liquor permit holder to sell beer or beer 2
products for personal consumption on the premises 3
of the permit holder.4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 4303.02 of the Revised Code be 5
amended to read as follows:6

       Sec. 4303.02.  Permit A-1 may be issued to a manufacturer to 7
manufacture beer and sell beer products in bottles or containers 8
for home use and to retail and wholesale permit holders under 9
rules promulgatedadopted by the division of liquor control. In 10
addition, an A-1 permit holder may sell beer and beer products 11
manufactured on the premises at retail, by individual drink in a 12
glass or from a container, for consumption on the premises where 13
sold. The fee for this permit is three thousand nine hundred six 14
dollars for each plant during the year covered by the permit.15

       Section 2.  That existing section 4303.02 of the Revised Code 16
is hereby repealed.17
