BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.831 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
| Sec. 5533.831. That portion of state route fifty-two located | 6 |
| in southern Scioto county between mile marker number seventeen and | 7 |
| mile marker number nineteen shall be known as the "Boone Coleman | 8 |
| Memorial Highway." | 9 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 10 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 11 |
