A BILL
To enact section 5.45 of the Revised Code to 1
designate the week including September 11 and 2
September 17 each year as Patriot Week.3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.45 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.45.  The week that includes September 11 and September 6
17 each year is designated as patriot week, to bring to mind the 7
terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, and to commemorate the 8
signing of the Constitution of the United States on September 17, 9
1787. Patriot week is to encourage Ohioans to renew their 10
appreciation of and reverence for the United States.11
