A RESOLUTION
Honoring the ProStart management team from C-TEC Career and Technical Education Center of Licking County on winning the 2013 ProStart Ohio Invitational Championship.

       WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to the C-TEC Career and Technical Education Center of Licking County ProStart management team as the 2013 Ohio Invitational Champion; and

       WHEREAS,  Under the leadership of their instructor, Jessica Karr, team members Joe Cardenas, Autumn Plunkett, Roger Sharrock, Austin Smith, and Leeya Wukelich have worked diligently to achieve success, and being ranked the top team in the state is a testament to their commitment to this fine organization; and 

       WHEREAS,  Throughout the school year, the members of the C-TEC Career and Technical Education Center of Licking County ProStart management team have shown a sincere desire to fully develop their knowledge and skills so that they might fulfill their goals, and this, coupled with their maturity and initiative, illustrates their potential to become some of tomorrow's leaders. Indeed, they have set an example of excellence that is worthy of emulation; and

       WHEREAS,  Through participation in ProStart, the members of the C-TEC Career and Technical Education Center of Licking County ProStart management team will be better prepared to become productive members of our complex and ever-changing society. The maturity and experience they have gained through their involvement in this program will not only enrich their educational careers but also enable them to make better-informed decisions as they assume the responsibilities of adult citizenship; therefore be it

       RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the C-TEC Career and Technical Education Center of Licking County ProStart management team on its success and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

       RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the C-TEC Career and Technical Education Center of Licking County ProStart management team.
