force on June 30, 2015. - }
   { +  Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Oregon Growth
Board to establish board and implement policies, procedures and
recommendations for investment, reinvestment, management and
coordination of funds in Oregon Growth Account and Oregon Growth
Fund. + }
  Declares emergency, effective on passage.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the Oregon Growth Board; appropriating money; and
  declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + In addition to and not in lieu of any other
appropriation, there is appropriated to the Oregon Growth Board
established under section 3, chapter 90, Oregon Laws 2012, for
the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, out of the General Fund, the
amount of $5 million, to be deposited into the Oregon Growth Fund
created under section 7, chapter 90, Oregon Laws 2012, for the
purposes of implementing the provisions of sections 1 to 7,
chapter 90, Oregon Laws 2012. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2013 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2013 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
