It is an editor's brief statement of the essential features of the measure as introduced. Requires hospitals to annually report executive compensation of hospital administrator and to annually report financial relationships between hospital and members of board of directors of hospital. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to hospital administration. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + Section 2 of this 2011 Act is added to and made a part of ORS 442.400 to 442.463. + } SECTION 2. { + (1) In addition to any filing and reporting requirements under ORS 442.420 and 442.425, a hospital shall file annually with the Administrator of the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research a report containing the following information: (a) All compensation paid by the hospital to the hospital administrator and any deferred compensation arrangement between the administrator and the hospital during the prior 12 months; and (b) Any financial relationship, direct or indirect, that existed between a member of the board of directors of the hospital and the hospital during the prior 12 months. (2) The administrator shall prescribe by rule the form and manner for reporting information under this section. + } ----------
