AN ACT
Amending Title 7 (Banks and Banking) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, further providing for general
requirements.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 6121 of Title 7 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
§ 6121. General requirements.
A licensee shall do all of the following:

(14) If an appraisal of a property is conducted due to
the purchase or refinance of the property, a copy of the
appraisal shall be given to the purchaser or homeowner.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
