| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Johnson Technical Institute of |
2 | Scranton for operation and maintenance expenses. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. The sum of $173,000 is hereby appropriated to the |
6 | Johnson Technical Institute of Scranton for the fiscal year July |
7 | 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, for operation and maintenance of the |
8 | school. |
9 | Section 2. Payments to the Johnson Technical Institute on |
10 | account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made |
11 | by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly payments. |
12 | Section 3. The Johnson Technical Institute shall provide |
13 | full, complete and accurate information as may be required by |
14 | the Department of Education or the chairman or the minority |
15 | chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the |
16 | chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations |
17 | Committee of the House of Representatives. |
18 | Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009, or |
