| AN ACT |

1 | Amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, further providing for general |
3 | administration of support matters. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 4305(b)(5) of Title 23 of the |
7 | Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 4305. General administration of support matters. |

10 | (b) Additional powers.--Subject to the supervision and |
11 | direction of the court but without the need for prior judicial |
12 | order, the domestic relations section shall have the power to |
13 | expedite the establishment and enforcement of support to: |
14 | * * * |
15 | (5) Issue subpoenas for the records held by financial |
16 | institutions with respect to individuals who are owed support |
17 | or against whom or with respect to whom a support obligation |
18 | is sought, including at the initial support conference. |
