AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, further providing for issuance and content of
driver's license.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1510 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 1510. Issuance and content of driver's license.

(b.1) Advance directive and do-not-resuscitate order
decal.--The department shall promulgate rules for provision of a
small decal for attachment to a driver's license or
identification card identifying the licensee or cardholder as
having executed an advance directive for health care or a do-
not-resuscitate order under 20 Pa.C.S. Ch. 54 (relating to
health care), or both.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
