Bill Title: As enacted, adds certain grounds upon which the board of funeral directors and embalmers may refuse to grant or may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a license, including owning 5 percent or more of any hospice providing hospice services. - Amends TCA Title 47; Title 62, Chapter 5 and Title 68.
