Bill Title: As enacted, requires that applicants applying for an initial registration, licensure, or certification as a real estate appraiser submit a full set of fingerprints in order for the real estate commission to conduct a criminal history background check; creates certain exceptions. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 39.
