Bill Title: As introduced, subject to local approval, removes authority for board to appoint mayor as town judge, changes date by which vice-mayor to be appointed, specifies that town officers and employees serve at will, changes meeting day for board, requires special election if three or more vacancies exist on board, and removes recall provisions and provisions regarding appeal, which are controlled by general law. - Amends Chapter 496 of the Private Acts of 1929; as amended.
