| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 1704, Occupations Code, is | ||
| amended by adding Section 1704.106 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 1704.106. ADVERTISING BY LICENSED BAIL BOND SURETY. A | ||
| secure correctional facility, as defined by Section 1.07, Penal | ||
| Code, may post in the facility an advertisement or other | ||
| information regarding a bail bond surety or an agent of a corporate | ||
| surety licensed in the county where the facility is located. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
