BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 61.051, Education Code, is amended by | ||
adding Subsection (b) to read as follows: | ||
(b) In measuring the achievement of certificate and degree | ||
completion goals under the long-range master plan developed by the | ||
board under Subsection (a-1), the board shall include the number of | ||
commercial driver's license training program certificates awarded | ||
by a public junior college. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
