| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 25, Government Code, is | ||
| amended by adding Section 25.2491 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 25.2491. WILSON COUNTY. Wilson County has one | ||
| statutory county court, the County Court at Law of Wilson County. | ||
| SECTION 2. The County Court at Law of Wilson County is | ||
| created on the effective date of this Act. | ||
| SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
