R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends will long cherish their memories
  of Robert Eugene Dismang, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the
  age of 76; and
         WHEREAS, The son of Basil and Gladys Dismang, Bob Dismang was
  born on September 13, 1943, in Lebanon, Missouri; and
         WHEREAS, Answering his nation's call to duty, Mr. Dismang
  served as an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force; he also
  enjoyed a career as a truck driver that spanned more than three and
  a half decades; and
         WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Dismang benefited from the
  love and support of his wife, Connie, with whom he shared a
  rewarding marriage that spanned 54 years; he was the proud father of
  five children, Dora, William, Calvin, Aldon, and Allen, and with
  the passing years, he had the pleasure of seeing his family grow to
  include 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, While his loss is difficult to bear, Bob Dismang
  leaves behind numerous friends and loved ones whose lives are far
  richer for having known him, and he will always hold a treasured
  place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Robert Eugene Dismang
  and extend sincere condolences to all who mourn his passing; and, be
  it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Bob
  Dismang.
