R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  passing of Margaret Hendricks of Livingston on April 9, 2013, at the
  age of 93; and
         WHEREAS, The former Margaret Dees was born in Magnolia,
  Arkansas, on December 28, 1919, to James and Minnie Dees; and
         WHEREAS, She later moved to Texas, and she and her husband,
  Herman Hendricks, were blessed with four children, Robert, James,
  Peggy, and Johnny; with the passing years, she also took joy in
  welcoming 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren into the
  family; and
         WHEREAS, Margaret Hendricks treasured the time she spent in
  the company of her loved ones, and those she leaves behind will
  forever carry their memories of her close in their hearts; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Margaret Hendricks
  and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  children, Robert Hendricks and his wife, Phyllis, James Hendricks
  and his wife, Patsy, Peggy Almand and her husband, Charles, and
  Johnny Hendricks and his wife, Cynthia; to her grandchildren and
  great-grandchildren; and to her other relatives and friends; and,
  be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Margaret
  Hendricks.
