| WHEREAS, Valerie Hairston has earned great distinction with | ||
| her outstanding service as principal of Spc. Rafael Hernando III | ||
| Middle School in the Socorro Independent School District; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the | ||
| students, faculty, and staff of Spc. Rafael Hernando III Middle | ||
| School, Ms. Hairston has led the way in fostering a supportive and | ||
| challenging educational environment on campus; and | ||
| WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing | ||
| vitality of our state, and Valerie Hairston is playing an | ||
| instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential | ||
| and become engaged and productive members of their community; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby commend Valerie Hairston for her contributions | ||
| as principal of Spc. Rafael Hernando III Middle School and extend to | ||
| her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Ms. Hairston as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
