JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on House Bill No. 632, report as follows:

We recommend that the Senate Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (24108249D) be accepted with the following amendment to resolve the matter under disagreement:

1. Line 36, Senate Substitute, after been in force

insert

and in use by the individual as an employed teacher in a non-virtual classroom setting at a public or private elementary or secondary school
