CHAPTER 275 An Act to amend and reenact §30-420 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Commission on Updating Virginia Law to Reflect Federal Recognition of Virginia Tribes; sunset. [H 200] Approved April 2, 2024

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §30-420 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§30-420. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2024 2026.
