SENATE BILL NO. 626 Offered January 20, 2012 A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 18.2-387.2, relating to urinating in public; penalty. ---------- Patron-- Petersen ---------- Referred to Committee for Courts of Justice ----------

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 18.2-387.2 as follows:

§18.2-387.2. Urinating in public.

Any person who urinates in any public place, except in a designated public restroom, is guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
