A BILL to repeal the third enactment of Chapter 878 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, relating to unemployment compensation; voluntarily leaving employment to accompany military spouse; funding contingency.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the third enactment of Chapter 878 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009 is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act enhancing the benefits payable to an individual pursuant to Title 60.2 may result in a net revenue loss to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Pursuant to §30-19.03:1.2, the estimated amount of the annual net revenue loss is $2,250.
