SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 233 Offered March 5, 2012 Amending Rule 16 of House Joint Resolution No. 5, relating to the first conference on revenue bills. ---------- Patron-- McDougle ---------- Referred to Committee on Rules ----------

RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That Rule 16 of House Joint Resolution No. 5 is amended and reenacted as follows:

Rule 16.  The first conference on any revenue bills shall complete its deliberations no later than midnight, Saturday, March 3Tuesday, March 6, 2012, and the report of such conference shall be made available to all members of the General Assembly no later than noon, Monday, March 5Wednesday, March 7, 2012.
