SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 138 Nominating a person to be elected as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission.

RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission as follows:

The Honorable Todd G. Petit, of Fairfax County, as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission for an unexpired term ending June 30, 2027.
