A BILL to amend and reenact §64-10-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Department of Economic Development to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Matching Funds Program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 10. Authorization for Department of Commerce to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-10-1. West Virginia Department of Economic Development.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2022, authorized under the authority of §5B-8-2 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Department of Economic Development to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 1, 2022, relating to the West Virginia Department of Economic Development ( Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Matching Funds Program, 145 CSR 15), is authorized.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Department of Economic Development to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Matching Funds Program.
