A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to promulgate a legislative rule relating to telehealth practice, requirements, and definitions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-35-4 of this code, relating to the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians (telehealth practice, requirements, and definitions, 31 CSR 07), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to promulgate a legislative rule relating to telehealth practice, requirements, and definitions.
