A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Professional Surveyors to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the examination and licensing of professional surveyors in West Virginia.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Professional Surveyors.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 31, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-13A-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Professional Surveyors to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 3, 2023, relating to the Board of Professional Surveyors (examination and licensing of professional surveyors in West Virginia, 23 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Professional Surveyors to promulgate a legislative rule relating to examination and licensing of professional surveyors in West Virginia.
