A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Real Estate Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to requirements for real estate courses, course providers, and instructors.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. West Virginia Real Estate Commission.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-40-8 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 27, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Real Estate Commission (requirements for real estate courses, course providers, and instructors, 174 CSR 03), is authorized.
