A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensure of speech-pathology and audiology.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-1. Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 22, 2016, authorized under the authority of section seven, article thirty-two, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on January 23, 2017, relating to the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (Licensure of Speech-Pathology and Audiology, 29 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Licensure of Speech-Pathology and Audiology.
