I am not too sure on what to think about it. It has its merits for retaliation against offenders, but it's also horrifyingly similar to the Nazi's "super race". This is just a step away from imposing this on regular people, for any reason of being different. Alabama: This may backfire on you one day when another majority comes into power. In as little as 6 months, someone could be chemically castrated for life: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1421556. Our justice system is a joke, we send innocent people to die. With this, they'll be innocent people castrated. I love how Alabama craps on our Constitution. Our Eighth Amendment clearly states what this is: "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
