This unnecessary bill not only has no basis in educational theory but will adversely affect students and instructors.

This bill is completely unnecessary and will limit opportunities for thousands of students. I have personally taught speech and public speaking online and face to face for over a decade. I have a great deal of experience in this matter and I question the rationale behind this horrible bill. Professors in TX are providing extremely high-quality public speaking and speech courses online. Our students learn a great deal from these courses and prohibiting them from taking these courses online will cause a great deal of harm. Please do not support this bill.
