Bill Title: Relating to Randolph County; to amend Sections 2 and 5 of Act 2021-307 of the 2021 Regular Session, relating to the coroner; to provide for the salary of the coroner effective at the beginning of the current term in order to implement Act 2021-301 as intended; and to provide that this act is retroactive and curative to January 16, 2023.
