Page 28, after line 7, insert:

"Sec. 21.  License issuance; expiration

On the effective date of section 20‑311.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, the director shall issue to each person who holds a managing general agent license an insurance producer license for the same kind of insurance as that for which the person holds the managing general agent license, and the managing general agent license expires."
