Page 1, line 5, after "posting" insert "; definition"

Line 6, before the first "the" insert "A."

After line 12, insert:

"B.  For the purposes of this section, "electromagnetic pulse" means high-intensity electromagnetic radiation that is generated by a nuclear blast high above the earth's surface and that is held to disrupt electronic and electrical systems."

Amend title to conform
