AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Supplemental appropriations; department of education; basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement; Apache Junction; Show Low
A. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020-2021, the sum of $2,142,503 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of education to distribute to Apache Junction unified school district to eliminate the reduction in basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement made pursuant to Laws 2021, chapter 408, section 130, subsection A.
B. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020-2021, the sum of $2,378,066 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of education to distribute to Show Low unified school district to eliminate the reduction in basic state aid and additional state aid entitlement made pursuant to Laws 2021, chapter 408, section 130, subsection A.
