AN ACT

 

Requiring the attorney general to work to reverse the federal policy that requires arizona peace officers to disarm before entering a federal facility.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Attorney general; formal complaint on the federal policy that requires Arizona peace officers to disarm

The Arizona attorney general shall contact the United States attorney general and work to reverse the federal policy that requires sworn Arizona peace officers to disarm before entering a federal facility.
