An Act
amending title 16, chapter 3, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-352; relating to nominating procedures.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 3, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-352, to read:
16-352. Candidate's primary residence; presumption
In any action challenging a candidate's nomination petition on the basis of residency, the candidate is presumed to be a resident of the county and location at which the candidate's residence is listed and taxed by the county assessor as the candidate's primary residence.
